About Croft Surveyors

Croft Surveyors are independent Chartered Building Surveyors. In basic terms we tell people what is wrong with buildings and how to mend them, but that could include anything from a design (planning, listed buildings, building regulations, specification, monitoring) to a report involving a property dispute (boundaries, poor quality building work and mobile homes).

Referrals we are looking for:

Anything where building advice is required. For business people I am particularly keen that we are involved early on in the buying or renting process, or well before the end of a lease, where we can save people the most money with the right advice.

Referrals we can give:

We can occasionally refer to solicitors or agents but normally the people “downstream” of us would be contractors, engineers or other specialist surveyors.
